DIY of the Week: Pastel Dipped Vases

Next time you are bringing someone flowers, how special would it be if you put them in a cute DIY vase? These are also perfect for displaying in your own home, and you can choose colors that match the season or your decor. DIY via Sayyes.com

Supplies:

  • Glass jars, vases, or milk bottles
  • Paint in desired colors
  • Paint brushes
  • Rubber Bands
  • Scissors

Instructions:

  • Start with clean, dry jars. Put a thick rubber band around the bottom of the bottle at an angle.
  • Apply paint under the rubber band. 2 coats recommended.
  • When paint is dry, snip the rubber band off with scissors. That’s it!
